Quality begins with a proposed project review and continues into the development and formulation of awarded projects. We work with our customers to develop a custom test plan specific to their finished products to ensure regulatory compliance.
Prior to production, our quality team qualifies raw material suppliers with unmatched attention to detail in the sourcing process. Incoming raw materials are tested before being released to production for use.
During the manufacturing and packaging process, testing continues at every stage to ensure uniformity, dosage delivery, and safety. Our quality systems include all components of the finished goods including labeling and packaging. Product Manufacturing

After your products have been expertly formulated, and approved by your team, we begin the manufacturing process with our high-tech equipment. Each of our facilities have a wide variety of advanced machinery to manufacture and package your products. During manufacturing, we utilize expertly trained and highly skilled operators, innovative process controls, and plant monitoring systems to ensure your consumers receive the quality supplements they expect from your brand.
Laboratories & Testing
We take quality-control testing seriously. Our expert team conducts the right testing on every lot that is manufactured in our facilities at various stages to ensure your product is of the highest quality and exceeds safety standards. Our operations are FDA Registered and cGMP compliant through the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF). In addition to our in-house ISO-certified lab and testing facilities, we use third-party ISO Certified Laboratories to conduct testing when needed.
Our Manufacturing team and Quality departments also conduct quality control inspections on each product throughout the entire process to guarantee purity and safety. We are committed to excellence through current and continuing education and Adherence to all local, state, and national testing regulations.
Packaging

Labeling
We provide label services to ensure your brand clearly and accurately reflects your formulation and claims. This is a key part of solidifying your target consumer’s trust. Whether you are creating a new custom formula or working with an existing formula, we support you in the creation of the Supplement Facts Panel and Ingredients Lists for the best presentation of the product. We will then support the procurement of the labels and packaging, or partner with your sources to create the optimized finished product for your consumer to choose from, making Ion Nutritional Labs a full turn-key partner.
